International Trade Business Director

1. Market Development and Strategy: Develop and execute international market business development plans, expand new customers; conduct market analysis and provide insights for strategy adjustment.

2. Sales and Customer Management: Maintain existing customer relationships, coordinate order processing and delivery, and ensure sales targets are met. Internal Coordination and Support: Coordinate internal team resources (production, R&D, etc.) to meet customer needs; provide pre-sales solution presentations, technical support, and pricing assistance.

Requirements:

Full-Process International Trade Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop international markets, maintain overseas customer relationships and expand overseas markets

2. Execute company international trade operation processes, complete quotation, negotiation, detail communication, contract signing

3. Process orders, payment recovery, production tracking, shipment; ensure timely delivery and resolve after-sales issues

4. Collect market information, analyze competitors, provide support for product positioning and market strategy

5. Participate in domestic and international exhibitions to expand markets and promote business development

6. Other tasks assigned by leadership

Requirements:

1. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

2. 5+ years of international trade and management experience

3. Familiar with international trade processes and laws and regulations

4. Strong market analysis and business negotiation skills

5. Good communication and teamwork spirit, stress resistance, passion for work

6. Optical fiber communication industry experience preferred, medical device manufacturing sales experience also considered

- Work schedule: 5 days 8 hours, weekends off. Requires 2-3+ years international sales experience.

Warehouse Manager (1 position)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall warehouse management, ensuring efficient and smooth warehouse operations

2. Develop and optimize warehouse operation processes, improve efficiency and accuracy

3. Supervise inventory management, ensure inventory data accuracy, follow up on inventory counting

4. Guide team members, improve team work ability and collaboration efficiency

5. Maintain warehouse safety, including materials, equipment and personnel safety management

Requirements:

1. Excellent organizational coordination skills, able to lead teams to achieve goals

2. Familiar with warehouse management processes, strong inventory control and material management experience

3. Proficient in office software, able to conduct data analysis and report preparation

4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and problem-solving skills

R&D Engineer / Assistant Engineer (3-5 positions)

Hardware Engineer: Gas sensor R&D experience required

Test Engineer: Optical device experience required

1. Responsible for new product development of optical fiber communication cabling product line, design optical passive products according to customer requirements (including single-core and multi-core connectors, sheet metal terminal boxes, etc.)

2. Sales technical support file analysis, technical document preparation and maintenance

3. Participate in new product project feasibility research and product development design; responsible for structure and component detailed design and drawing output; product development process management, such as product specification decomposition, material confirmation, process and fixture evaluation

4. Lead completion of new product sample production, process introduction and related verification

Requirements:

1. Full-time associate degree or above, optics, mechanics, communication related majors, good English reading and writing skills, proficient in Office, CAD and other software

2. Optical foundation theory and optoelectronics science foundation, gas sensor R&D experience. Proficient in C language embedded system programming, freeRTOS programming for STM32, or Linux system programming for CORTEX-A5, proficient in .NET, TDLAS, electroless gold plating, master geometric optics, zemax simulation tools, proficient in C#, system management and control software development, OpenCV or YOLOV8 for machine vision inspection, optical device measurement and defect detection, strong hands-on ability

3. Three years or more optical communication industry experience, familiar with connectors, fiber jumpers, PLC and other passive device basic structure and parameters, product development process, AWG experience preferred

4. Familiar with optical fiber communication industry standards

5. Good organization, communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to withstand strong work pressure

Quality Assurance Specialist (1 position)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for quality management department overall work

2. Responsible for company various system operations

3. Responsible for customer audit reception and customer complaint handling

4. Responsible for internal quality yield review and improvement

5. Responsible for supplier audit and supervision management

Requirements: (Age: 20-35 years)

1. Associate degree or above, optical and communication industry experience preferred

2. Quality management work experience

Production Worker / Optical Alignment Operator (15 positions)

Requirements:

1. Male or female, no major requirements, careful and dexterous, patient

2. Passion for learning, good communication skills

3. No alcohol allergy, no color blindness or color weakness

4. Age 20-35, no experience required, healthy, serious and follow arrangements

Salary Structure: Comprehensive base salary 2360 + full attendance 100 yuan + overtime pay (weekday 20.11/h; weekend 26.81/h) + after one month, position allowance 100-1000 yuan based on ability and performance + free accommodation (external housing subsidy 300 yuan) + living subsidy 300 yuan + seniority reward 50 yuan/year increment (200 yuan cap) + overproduction reward (based on business performance contribution)
